I love to surf.
I love the practice of Yoga.
Both, at least for me, are very much a pursuit for the perfect moment.
Yoga can give you the feeling of completness, sustenance, fitness, flexability, calmness and the total acceptance of ones self in the moment.
Surfing offers the same thing, except the ocean is your yogi.
I decided that rather then list several poses now and continually update the post as I discover other poses, that this will serve as an index to Yoga poses that assist your surfing.
